Quick Fit Indiana is much more than high tech equipment and a science-based approach to health and fitness. The best thing about Quick Fit are the people who operate it. These are the coaches who are in the trenches with you every rep of the way! You will learn from them, be motivated by them and you will grow with them. Quick Fit Indiana is extremely lucky to provide the Bloomington Community with this team.

Personal Trainer Bloomington Indiana Dave Wares

Dave Wares is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. The smile is not temporary. Dave is always sporting it - even when he's pushing you to hit new peaks.

Dave is from New Lothrop, Michigan. Growing up Dave started exercising because he was tired of losing to his older brother in the backyard. He understands that all people have a different want and need for exercise, and it’s his goal to learn what they are. Educating others on why the gym isn’t the end, it’s a means to an end. Dave wants to give people the belief, and confidence that when they leave the gym they can achieve anything.

Dave’s struggled with his weight fluctuating up and down his entire life. This has been a tough battle, but a winnable one. Having positive individuals around you is so important, and that’s why this gym exists!  He appreciates the opportunity he gets each day to work with individuals that are also in the battle.

Away from the gym, you can find Dave chasing after his two German Shepherds Kiera and Chloe. He’s never been a big fan of cardio, so that’s why he has dogs. Dave and his partner Deanna have four kids Daila, Malcolm, Ava, and Landon, who also keep him busy.

Grace was born in Vincennes, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University in 2014 with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. She worked in a rehab facility as a personal trainer for two and a half years before coming back to IU get her masters in physiology.

Grace spends her free time powerlifting, hiking, and reading. She has always had a love for fitness and health. Her dream is to become a physical therapist and to help people and athletes live strong and pain-free lives. Her passion will always be to help and educate people to live strong, healthy and active lifestyles.
