We use a combination of evidence/science based exercise and the latest technology to bring you the most efficient, safe and effective workout on the planet. 

Our program is perfect for all ages and skill levels. Since our state of the art equipment adapts to YOU, the user, it doesn't matter if you are a linebacker, a grandmother, or a post rehab individual. You will get a great workout for you no matter what and in less time than conventional exercise. 

The science and academic community do not dispute that you can get a more beneficial and effective workout in less time if done properly. 

Quick Fit Indiana brings this research together along with cutting edge equipment. Spike your metabolism and increase your energy for days following a Quick Fit workout. Simply put, it's just a more effective, safer, and much more efficient way to exercise your body. 

WHAT WE DO

PRIVATE PERSONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

These sessions take place in complete privacy with your coach. There is no one else staring at you while you work. The resistance training happens primarily on the ARX Machines but your trainer will incorporate traditional weights and bands if appropriate. Don't think about anything. Just show up and be ready to push and pull to better health. 

These sessions last approximately 20 minutes

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

These are small group (2-3 people) coach led strength sessions. Your trainer will use ARX as well as traditional equipment to get the job done for you. Don't think about anything. Just show up and be ready to push and pull to better health. 

These sessions last approximately 20 minutes

SMALL GROUP CARDIO

These small group high intensity cardio classes are an absolute blast........and they are only 20 minutes! Quick Fit Indiana uses top of the line cardio equipment that are comfortable and low joint impact but very effective on the heart and body. We make every attempt to avoid using awkward and uncomfortable cardio movements. 

 

These classes take approximately 20 minutes

FIT3D - COMPLETE BODY COMPOSITION & TRACKING

The FIT3D is a complete body composition and tracking tool that we use to show you what's going on inside your body. Not only do you receive your own 360 degree avatar (only you see the avatar - our studio does not have access to this), but this laser imaging software will let you and us know, how much body fat do you have, how much lean muscle mass, resting metabolism, and 100's of measurements around your body. We can then use these figures to better coach and track you throughout your journey. 

COACHING AND PLAYBOOK

All the studies prove that just by having someone stand near you during exercise, your performance is at least 10-15 percent better. Our trainers will do more than just stand next to you. They are your guides, your accountability partners, and they will be there with you all along your journey. All of our clients will get the Quick Fit Playbook that will serve as your nutrition and supplement guide if that's what you're looking for.
