Mollie Hitchcock

Owner/Lead ARX Strength Trainer

Mollie is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and a Health Coach Institute-Certified Health Coach. Mollie’s strengths are in muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, focusing on core, balance, and flexibility, and training by the motto “quality over quantity.” She has experience working with ages 9+.


Mollie believes in the behavioral approach to health and wellness, finding out the underlying issues and together finding a solution to achieve his/her health and wellness goals. Mollie’s goal is to empower, educate, transform and guide her clients to become their best possible self.


Mollie’s philosophy: “You’re never too young or too old to start your healthy lifestyle journey. We are all stronger than we think—it’s good to challenge ourselves.” In her free time, Mollie loves walking trails and having fun adventures with her family.

Lane Eisenhauer

Gym Manager/Yoga Instructor

Lane is RYT 200 Yoga Certified and a member of Yoga Alliance. Lane’s approach to yoga focuses on the balance between strength, mobility and flexibility. Her classes are for all levels for anyone looking to gain strength and expand their mobility/ flexibility.


With Lane’s passion for health and wellness she specializes in ARX Strength Training, TRX style training, Group HIIT, Cardio Endurance, and creative customization workouts. Lane Believes, when you make working out fun, you’re more eager to put in the work!

In her free time, Lane enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her many dog rescues, visiting local wineries, and traveling.

Shawn Kay

Strength Trainer

Shawn is an Alumni of Indiana University with a passion for health and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Shawn focuses on Strength Training, Cardio Respiratory Fitness, and Muscle Development. But he prides himself on being highly adaptable when developing programs to fit anyone's needs or limitations.


Shawn believes there is no “one-size-fits-all,” approach to fitness, and that every routine should be developed with an individual's goals, health, and safety in mind.


Shawn's accreditations include a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. In his free time, Shawn enjoys playing music, practicing the keyboard, and playing guitar.

Julia Amones

ARX Strength Trainer

Julia attends Indiana University Bloomington. She is currently a senior studying exercise science, but is also pursuing a master's degree in athletic training. Julis is on the dance team, The RedSteppers, at Indiana University. In her free time, she enjoys drinking coffee, seeing her friends, and being outside when it's warm.
