Mollie is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and a Health Coach Institute-Certified Health Coach. Mollie’s strengths are in muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, focusing on core, balance, and flexibility, and training by the motto “quality over quantity.” She has experience working with ages 9+.
Mollie believes in the behavioral approach to health and wellness, finding out the underlying issues and together finding a solution to achieve his/her health and wellness goals. Mollie’s goal is to empower, educate, transform and guide her clients to become their best possible self.
Mollie’s philosophy: “You’re never too young or too old to start your healthy lifestyle journey. We are all stronger than we think—it’s good to challenge ourselves.” In her free time, Mollie loves walking trails and having fun adventures with her family.

Julia attends Indiana University Bloomington. She is currently a junior studying exercise science, but is also pursuing a master's degree in athletic training. Julis is on the dance team, The RedSteppers, at Indiana University. In my free time, She enjoys drinking coffee, seeing her friends, and being outside when it's warm. "I love being able to see how I can help people reach their goals. I work hard to ensure that my clients are pushing themselves while also performing the exercises safely."
