About Mollie

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to my coaching.

My extensive experience allows me to better educate, guide, and support you. My client success stories reflect my ability to consistently help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.

My health & wellness training is from the Health Coach Institute along with my experience with working as a Corporate Health Coach.

6- Month Lifestyle Disease Management


$400/month or $2300 paid upfront

This program is for individuals suffering from lifestyle diseases such as pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, gut health issues such as IBS, heartburn, leaky gut, etc.

We start with the 6-Week Health Intensive to jumpstart your journey.

After 6 weeks, there will be two monthly 45 minute sessions with Mollie.

100% of my clients have reported an increase in overall wellbeing and energy and 90% of them have safely stopped taking certain medications, saving money and adding years to their life.

Mollie will work directly with your primary care physician or refer you to one if needed.

Mollie will educate, support, and guide you through changing lifestyle habits that hinder your health and lead to chronic health problems.

Remember this is a lifestyle change and NOT a fad diet.
