This program is for individuals suffering from lifestyle diseases such as pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, gut health issues such as IBS, heartburn, leaky gut, etc.
We start with the 6-Week Health Intensive to jumpstart your journey.
After 6 weeks, there will be two monthly 45 minute sessions with Mollie.
